The answers are

The letter J is a special case . When it is given the long EE vowel mark it is in a different form from what we would expect. Also with the long OO it acquires a long aa mark which is not so with any other letter. See the two figures marked with an asterik below.

The slighlty unexpected forms of J can be used as below .
