WE HAD COME ALL THE WAY FROM INDIA, JUST TO ATTEND THE CONVENTION. OFCOURSE WE HAD APPRECIATE YOUR SUPPORT BUT, AM SORRY TO SAY ,THAT BECAUSE OF LACK OF TEAM WORK AND COORDINATION YOU KEPT US RUNNING AROUND FROM ONE PERSON TO ANOTHER.BUT THANKS, FOR AT LAST HELPING US OUT TO SHOW THE V C.D .  OF THE GROWTH OF MATIYAS IN THEIR HOME COUNTRY. ITS THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE COMMUNITY AS A WHOLE.

IT IS SUCH A WONDERFUL STORY OF THE MATIYA COMMUNITIES   POSSESSION IN INDIA.WE SHOULD BE PROUD OF IT.

I hope everyone enjoyed the Convention as much as we have all enjoyed planning this event. My heartfelt gratitude to all the Volunteers & Committees for helping put this Convention together. Everyone has worked so hard for this event, putting in all they can, with a positive, forward thinking spirit.

Special thanks to the Food Committee. They have done a phenomenal job of keeping us well feed throughout the convention. Planning this convention has really been a life changing experience for me. One that I will always remember, and has profound impact on my life!

MW Board of Directors would like to take this opportunity to personally thank each and every attendee of the 2009 MW Convention – we are deeply appreciative of all our guests for their support as well as their generous donations to make this a very successful event . 1200 plus attendees in a down economy goes a long way in fortifying the “Matiya Unity” and we look forward to the same commitment from everyone for the 2011 Convention.

As for those fellow Matiyas who were unable to attend we are hopeful that you will be able to do so in 2011.
