SECURITY PLAN: |
Since this is going to be a youth event, the Youth Board and the Matiya World Steering Committee will be taking every precaution to ensure a safe and secure conference. Chaperones, including Steering Committee members, will be with the youth throughout the weekend. Attendance will be taken at each event and during lunch time while on the mountain to make sure that all youth are present and participating in activities. Room checks will be conducted to make certain that the youth are in their assigned rooms at night. The Registration form includes emergency contact information and pertinent medical information. After the registration form and check have been received, parents and youth participants will get an Emergency Contact letter. This letter will have contact numbers to all the approved chaperons that will be at the conference. These contact numbers are also posted below. |

Travel Information: |
- If flying, must arrive no later than Noon MST on November 23rd, 2006 at Denver International Airport.
- If flying, must depart no earlier than 2:00pm MST on November 26th, 2006 from Denver International Airport.
- If driving, must arrive no later than 4:00pm MST on November 23rd, 2006 at Breckenridge Mountain Lodge.
- Participants who are flying in need to email their flight itinerary to one of the contacts from above.
- Participants who are driving need to email their estimated time of arrival to one of the contacts from above.
